Foosteps starts it's 10 year!!

"Knowing and growing in Jesus, following in His footsteps and putting His love into action"

Dear Footsteppers,

We are about to start our 10th year of Footsteps if my maths serves me right........suggestions on ways to celebrate are welcome! Welcome back from holidays and hoping you are feeling refreshed and ready to get cracking again in everything you do.

Footsteps North will be kicking off with worship on 12th September at 10.30 at Judith and Paul's house up near Bracciano.

- this means that you have a whole week back at school (the St George's ones anyway) to seek out and invite new families - or old ones that haven't been along yet....I attach a welcome card designed by Helen Creswell a while back that gives contacts and info on who we are, if anyone wants something on paper - I am very happy for you to give my number / E-mail to anyone who wants more info.

On the 12th we will have time to have a chat about where and when we meet and how we worship so do come ready to say what's best for your family and to think about what might encourage others. If you could be thinking about how you might be able to do something to help with the organisation or worship at Footsteps - however small - I would love to hear from you... we have been called to be God's people in this particular community and each of us is part of that.

And the day-time fellowship / bible study group will be restarting soon - those involved and those who might like to join in, please let me know if Thursday mornings are still the best time - this is also worth mentioning to new and old friends who may not want to come on a Sunday but could commit to a couples of hours once a week...

So, looking forward to hearing from you and to seeing you on 12th at Judith's - [we'll probably have our next worship the following week (19th) - offers of a venue gratefully received.]

With love,

Mary
